The HDBBA offers a Ranch Raised Side Pot option for Dummy Bovine under the following rules and requirements:

1. Eligibility
   a. The Dummy Bovine must have been born on the property of a current, paid HDBBA member.
   b. The Dummy Bovine must carry one (1) brand only.
   c. The owner must hold a full, paid HDBBA membership at the time of entry.

2. Entry Fee
   a. A $50 Ranch Raised Side Pot fee is required for participation.

3. Payout
   a. The Ranch Raised Side Pot will be paid at 100% payback.
   b. Payout will be distributed at the conclusion of the dummy bull classes.

4. Year-End Award
   a. The HDBBA will present a year-end buckle to the Ranch Raised Dummy Bovine with the highest accumulated points from its top five (5) scores, calculated in the same manner as Bull of the Year standings.

Dummy Bull D Side Pot

The Dummy Bull D Side Pot is open to any dummy animal entered in the event for a $50 add-on with 100% payback.

All animals will be ranked highest to lowest by official score. Disqualified animals are not eligible for payout.

The ideal 4D structure, based on 80 eligible entries, is:

• 1D: 1st & 2nd

• 2D: 21st & 22nd

• 3D: 41st & 42nd

• 4D: 61st & 62nd

The actual payout structure will vary based on the final number of eligible entries. Once all dummy animals have bucked and the eligible field is established, HDBBA will determine the number and placement of payout holes based on the size of the field. Payout holes will be spread throughout the standings to provide payout opportunities at different levels and, with smaller entry numbers, may include 1st place and the last eligible placing.
