Bucking Dummy Incentive

For every two entries (any class or Bull Team), contractors will receive one raffle ticket toward a $1,000.00 Bucking Bull Pro Dummy gift card.

The more entries you bring, the more chances you have to win!

Rider Bulls — $1,000 Side Pot Raffle

• One raffle ticket per rider bull entry

Example:
• Bring 4 rider bulls and buck 2 Friday and 2 Saturday = 4 tickets
• Bring 4 rider bulls and buck all 4 both nights = 8 tickets

Gun Drawing (Utah Events Only)

Contractors entered in both Utah events will receive one (1) raffle ticket for every bull entered into a sanctioned class at each event.

Example:
If a contractor enters 15 bulls at Heber and 10 bulls at Duchesne, they will receive 25 total raffle tickets entered into the gun drawing.

The gun raffle winner will be drawn at the Duchesne Futurity, and the firearm will be ready to go home with the winner that night.

OFFERING: Dummy Bull 4D Format

The Dummy Bull 4D is open to any dummy animal entered in the HDBBA Heber City event, regardless of division.

Contractors may enter by paying the regular entry fee plus a $50 add-on, with 100% payback of the 4D pot.

All dummy animals will be ranked from highest to lowest after bucking.

Based on 80 entries:

  • 1D: 1st & 2nd

  • 2D: 21st & 22nd

  • 3D: 41st & 42nd

  • 4D: 61st & 62nd

With fewer than 80 entries, the producer reserves the right to adjust to a 2D or 3D format.

Bull Team Class Available

We will be offering a Bull Team Class this weekend!

 Double-entry class
Bulls buck one time only
Any two bulls from any class
Teams may be:
 • Two bulls from one contractor
 • OR two contractors teaming up (one bull each)
Bulls may enter multiple teams as long as a team entry fee is paid for each team
Entry fee: $300 + office fees
Producer fee: $50 taken from the $300 entry fee (instead of 20%)

The HDBBA offers a Ranch Raised Side Pot option for Dummy Bovine under the following rules and requirements:

  1. Eligibility
    a. The Dummy Bovine must have been born on the property of a current, paid HDBBA member.
    b. The Dummy Bovine must carry one (1) brand only.
    c. The owner must hold a full, paid HDBBA membership at the time of entry.

  2. Entry Fee
    a. A $50 Ranch Raised Side Pot fee is required for participation.

  3. Payout
    a. The Ranch Raised Side Pot will be paid at 100% payback.
    b. Payout will be distributed at the conclusion of the dummy bull classes.

  4. Year-End Award
    a. The HDBBA will present a year-end buckle to the Ranch Raised Dummy Bovine that accumulates the highest total points for the season.
